AFFIRMATE.ME
Cookie policy
affirmate.language in localStorage stores a manual language choice without automatic expiry; it can be cleared in browser settings. affirmate.language-visited in sessionStorage lasts for the tab session.
affirmate.consent.v1 stores your choice and its time in localStorage. The choice is valid for 180 days, then requested again; the record may remain until replaced or cleared.
There is no contact form and no new form session cookies are created.
After consent, GA4 may set _ga and _ga_*. Google’s default lifetime is up to two years, renewed on visits; actual settings still need verification. The tag does not load before consent or on local/test domains.
GA4 server-side retention is separate from browser cookie expiry: event data is retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months. Reset on new activity is enabled: each new event restarts the user identifier’s 14-month period. These periods do not limit standard aggregated reports or determine the lifetime of _ga and _ga_* cookies.
Cookie settings allows refusal or withdrawal. Cards remain available. Withdrawal stops the tag and removes accessible GA cookies, but does not automatically erase data already sent to Google.
