Privacy policy
affirmate.me has no contact form, accounts or saved draw history. We do not request names, email addresses or messages. This does not mean no personal data is processed: hosting receives technical data, and analytics uses identifiers if you consent.
The operator identified in the Impressum is the data controller. Contact details for privacy requests are available there.
Contabo provides hosting. Servers receive IP addresses, request times, page addresses, browser information and referrers where available for delivery, diagnostics and protection. The basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The operator does not configure backups or application request logs. Server access logs contain the IP address, time, requested path, response status and size, and referrer and User-Agent where available. They are retained for 2 months. The Contabo processing agreement has not yet been confirmed.
Google Analytics 4 loads only with consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). The recipient is Google Ireland Limited; Google LLC may process data in the USA. The tag receives technical device and connection data and cookie identifiers. We pass page addresses without queries or fragments and only the previous site’s origin. Drawn cards are not added to analytics. The purpose is visit statistics, not advertising. The operator confirms event data retention of 2 months and user data retention of 14 months. These periods do not limit standard aggregated reports. Reset on new activity is enabled: each new event from a user restarts the 14-month retention period for their identifier. The intended enhanced measurement configuration is page views only; saving the settings still needs confirmation. GA4 may also collect basic session and engagement events automatically. Contractual terms and international transfer arrangements have not yet been verified.
Cookie settings allows refusal or withdrawal without limiting cards. If your consent requires a parent’s or guardian’s permission, do not enable analytics independently. Consent handling for minors still needs agreement; this notice does not verify parental consent.
Contacts contains ordinary links to Instagram, Telegram and hellen-psy.online, not embedded widgets. External services apply their own policies when you follow a link. The author photo, once added, will be hosted on this site.
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact details are in the Impressum. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including BayLDA. The site does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
